“Each day should be devoted to miracles. The purpose of time is to enable man to learn to use it constructively.”
A Course in Miracles
It’s the very first day of 2016. We, collectively as human beings on earth, are about to take another trip round the sun. How immensely exciting is that?
What an amazing opportunity we have to make something of our lives and change ourselves and this world for the better, if we can only learn how to harness each day constructively.
It’s also scary, right? Because another year has come to an end and we aren’t perfect yet!
Whether you’ve tried it or not, you might have already decided yoga’s not for you. I resisted it myself for a long time after attending a few classes and struggling to keep up with the pace.
But maybe, like me, you just haven’t found the right teacher yet?
Despite my doubts about my yogic abilities, I like to keep an open mind – and I’ve seen how beneficial a regular yoga practice has been for my wife over the last few years.
I wasn’t quite brave enough to dive back into live classes again right away, so I thought that learning at home might be a good way to build my confidence.
